Los Arcros to Viana 19 km 5 hrs went past two towns  couple of vinyards, got windy and cold.Had spanish meal last night.

Estella to Los Arcos 22km 5.5 hrs incline for half the way not to steep,steps going down for a bit bsf on knees thrn flat the rest of way.The track didn't like my shoes so
it killed them.We found a holy water foutain that turned water into wine.

Puente la Reina to Estella 22.4 km 6hrs it wasn't to bad to day couple of hills, went into three towns on the way and the weather was good.

Uterga to Puente la Reina 7km 2hrs only a short one today,we are having a break today.It is cold and wet and we have only 700km left to go.

Pamplona to Uterga  20km 5hrs

Zubiri to Pamplona 21km 5 hrs fine all the way ,couple of hills along the way .Flowing creek to cross get the feet wet a bit.My blister has a couple of friend and bad knees to go with them.Hope your all well?

Roncevaux to zubiri 22km and 6hrs rained just about all the way,alot of down hill stages just about as bad as going up hill.No pictures today to wet to get mobile out .This place we are staying  is very good.See you later.

Did our first walk today from St  jean pied de port to Roncevaux it was 27km we went from 200m above see level to 1400m , it took 8  hrs.Got my first blister for the trip and found out I am not very fit.Dad is going fine can't keep up to him.The place we are sleepping in is ok.

Pamplona

Go to Pamplona after very long flight with no sleep,hotel is good.All is going well so far
